Accommodation

Two hotels in the center of Rome, at short distance from the National Council of Research (C.N.R.), have been prebooked.

Hotels offer a special rate for PLC participants. To obtain this special rate, colloquy participants should quote Polar Libraries Colloquy when booking.
Delegates are responsible for booking their own room.

Rooms are limited so please reserve as soon as possible.

The Ateneo Garden Palace Hotel is centrally and conveniently located just few hundreds meters away from the Central railway and underground Station (Termini) which is also the starting point for the shuttles form/to Leonardo da Vinci Airport. At short distance the Rome University "La Sapienza", the National Library and the National Council of Research (CNR) are located. The hotel is in a quite location in one of the most traditional districts of Rome (San Lorenzo).
